Treviso is connected through the network of national motorways
– A4 – Turin – Milan-Venice – Trieste. From Mestre A27 Venice – Belluno motorway, Treviso Nord exit.
– from Bologna Motorway A13 Bologna – Padua, Motorway A4 Padua – Venice/Mestre and from Mestre Motorway A27 Venice – Belluno, exit Treviso Nord
By train
Treviso is on the line connecting Venice with Udine. Get off at Treviso Centrale station and then continue by taxi or bus. Treviso railway station is located just outside the city centre, opposite the walls that surround it.
Unfortunately, Treviso is not located along the main railway line in Veneto, the one connecting Venice to Milan.
You generally get off at Venezia – Mestre and then change for Treviso. There are also some direct trains to Padua and Belluno.
By plane
The two nearest airports are:
Venice Marco Polo International Airport – VCE (30/40 minutes, 20 km from the centre).
Treviso Antonio Canova Airport – TSF (15/20 minutes, 3 km from the centre), mainly used by low-cost airlines such as Ryanair, connected to Treviso railway station by frequent city buses (line 6). A taxi service or car rental is available from the airport.
